This website and store are operated by Velora Brands, operating as Buzzify Tech. Throughout these Terms, “Buzzify Tech,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Velora Brands.

We provide this website, including its information, tools, products, and services, subject to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced here. Our store is powered by Shopify.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts consumer rights, legal warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. This applies to every section, including cancellation, delivery, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability. Where these Terms conflict with mandatory law, that law takes priority.

An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. Acceptance occurs when we expressly confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

We may decline an order for a legitimate reason, including unavailable stock, an address we cannot serve, suspected fraud, or a material listing error. We will not use this discretion to override applicable consumer law.

If we decline or cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the amount due within the applicable legal deadline.

If a correction would change an order’s price, product, or other material term, we will explain it and obtain your agreement before proceeding.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND PAYMENT

The price and currency applicable to your purchase are those displayed when you place your order.

Applicable taxes, delivery charges, and other charges collected by us will be disclosed before you submit your order. Any known potential charges payable to a third party, such as import duties or brokerage fees, will be disclosed where applicable and required by law.

Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. Such changes do not automatically change an order already accepted.

You agree to use a payment method you are authorized to use and to provide accurate billing information.

Payments are processed through the payment services available at checkout. We do not ask customers to send full payment card details by email.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Some products are fulfilled by different supply partners. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if you discover an error. We will explain any available correction options and associated costs before asking you to agree to them.

If your order is delayed, missing, or damaged in transit, contact us at info@buzzifytech.com. We will investigate with the relevant fulfillment partner or carrier and arrange a resolution consistent with applicable law.

Using a supplier or carrier does not remove our obligations to you. Delivery responsibility and risk of loss are governed by applicable law. These Terms do not automatically transfer all risk to you when a package is handed to a carrier.

Nothing in this section limits statutory delivery deadlines, cancellation rights, refunds, or other remedies.

SECTION 6 — CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

Contact us promptly if you wish to change or cancel an order. We may be unable to stop fulfillment once processing has progressed, but this does not remove any statutory cancellation or return rights.

The conditions for voluntary change-of-mind returns do not limit remedies for faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed goods.

Customers with statutory cancellation rights, including applicable UK and European Union rights, may exercise those rights as described in our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Your legal entitlement to a remedy does not depend on whether a supplier reimburses us.

SECTION 7 — PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY

Use products according to their instructions, warnings, compatibility requirements, and intended purpose.

Do not use a product that appears unsafe or damaged. For a leaking, swollen, damaged, or otherwise unsafe battery or electronic product, stop using it and contact us for safe handling instructions.

Do not send potentially hazardous goods through the mail without appropriate return instructions.

You are responsible for complying with laws applicable to your use of a product, including any rules concerning cameras, recording devices, drones, wireless equipment, or other regulated uses. This does not reduce our responsibility to supply goods that meet applicable requirements for the sale.

Website content, including text, graphics, branding, photographs, designs, and other materials, belongs to Buzzify Tech or the relevant rights holders.

SECTION 9 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Buzzify Tech is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Buzzify Tech. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Buzzify Tech, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Buzzify Tech.

The version applicable when you place an order will continue to govern that order, unless a change is legally required or you validly agree otherwise.
